Yes. We partner with industry leading platform providers to ensure your client's data is kept from prying eyes. All data is securely encrypted and stored securely in the cloud. Disclosure Expert is built by experienced, US based software engineers who have built systems for some of the biggest companies in the world.

Absolutely. That data is yours and if you don't want Disclosure Expert to hold onto it we will delete it. And not just *wink* *wink* delete it like Facebook *wink* *wink* deletes it. We really delete it and purge it from all our backups. If you don't want your financials stored for reference on the platform, we want to make sure they are really gone.

Disclosure Expert works with industry leader Plaid to access banks and other financial institutions to gather and categorize financial data. Disclosure Expert simply take the data they gather for us and organize it into financials that are ready to present.

That's actually how we recommend billing. Disclosure Expert charges for "packs" of multiple disclosures. Simply pass this cost along to your clients like you would any other case-related expense. Disclosure Expert pays for itself in the amount of time it saves your clients and your staff.

Sometimes this happens with smaller financial institutions. In that case, clients upload supporting documents directly into Disclosure Expert. Some of the summary capabilities are not available, but all of the security and organization are still there as a powerful documentation management system.

We make that simple. Get the disclosure ready to present, click "share" and enter opposing counsel's email address. We send them an invite to Disclosure Expert to review the disclosure. You select what they see and track when they see it. Everything stays in the platform: no more PDF's in unsecure email, no more searching shared drives for documents.
